20 boats tonight. Good show out for this little lake

Fishing is only going to get better as the water clears up

We sucked it up with only two fish

Well we had "20" boats show up to fish tonight!! I want to thank all the guys that showed up to fish! We paid 4 spots and one big bass.

1st. Norris and Matthews - 4 fish 13.05 BB- 7.17
2nd.Parkhurst and Shirley-3 fish 7.13
3rd. Branden and Sonya - 2 fish. 5.34
4th. Pete and Chris - 2 fish. 4.23


Would like to thank Tackle Depot of Weatherford for donating the scales and a 25$ gift card for first place.
Lake Weatherford marina for donating two 10$ gift cards and leaving the gate open for us on Friday nights.
I would also like to send out a big thanks to Dee Trammell and Jeff Gilbert of Fun-N-Sun for donating a 25$ gift card that went to the 2nd place guys! If you're in the market for a new Skeeter or need tackle or a service on your boat give Fun-N-Sun a call they are a great group of guys to deal with!

Joe who runs the marina will be covering for me and taking money inside the store as you pay your launch fee.
He and my wife Jess will be up at the coke machine running weigh in as well.

I have so much going on over the next 5 weeks I just can't make it out there, but I will come out and donate in late July.

How much is the annual pass and does that get you a key or something. I assume off limits on Friday or can I go shake some off in the morning since I am unemployed for the most part.

$125 and you get a Code to the lock, fishing is picking up out there really really good. was out there Mon and yesterday.

Lake is off limits Friday. Joe will be inside the store taking entry fees and boat launch fees.
fishing starts at 6pm and be in line with your fish before or at 9:30 pm no exceptions! Chris and I will not be there tomorrow but good luck to those of you that fish! Don't forget to stop by Tackle Depot in Weatherford they supplied the scales and a gift card every week for the winners!

Sorry just got back from chambers. We had 10 boats show up. Paid two places and one BB
1st. Crawford and Corrigan 2 fish for 3.71
2nd. Robert and TK 2 fish for 3.21
Big bass. Mike Dykes 3.14.
It was tough fishing but should get better . I'll be there this Friday taking money inside the marina so come on out and fish with us!

Looking forward to getting on a lake that I can actually catch fish on this Friday.
