I'm heading to fish Foss Oklahoma and the lake has came up about 7 feet since May 1 and still rising. How does this affects the fishing for hybrids and cats?

Fish away from muddy water if you can. They bite on the rise and stop biting on a Quik drawdown.
As long as it's not muddy you can Ketchum
