Ray Hubbard has been so low for so long, with all this rain, how is it for boating now. Want to get my boat on the water?

Hubbard is closed. Just kidding. I was out Saturday. We went from Dalrock marina to Robertson point to the west bridge to the peanut to the dam and then to the iron horse. I never saw any real debris. Water in the Rowlett arm is definitely off color.
