Well it's been since March 2012 that falcon has had this much water.. Its sitting under 20ft low and still on the rise. We all know what's going to happen here in the next 3 yrs. get ready to see this lake back at #1.

It needs to come up to full pool for a good while again before I think we see it really blow up good. The population has taken a hard hit I believe.

Tons of small fish. If the water can stay in the new growth the fishing will be much improved moving forward

Fishing Falcon Lake has been really tough. there is a lot of small fish all around but the big fish are hard to find. Rio Grande has a lot of water flowing into Falcon. Good luck and stay safe! Laredo has

I get to falcon at least 2 or 3 times a month. Fishing has been ok lots of 2and 3lb fish every trip. Big fish are still there. It's just a matter of knowing where there at and what there doing.
