Well I finally got around to remodeling the pontoon and am happy with the way it turned out. I ripped up the old floor and replaced it and coated it with a non skid for wood decks and concrete floors. It's real rough with alot of grip. I used rustolem 10x and used about 4 gallons for a 20 ft boat. I switched some things around and mounted a fillet table / sink and will run some plumbing here in the near future. But I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Need to make that into a fish cleaning station too. Needs a 12 v plug-in close by. I've always wanted to get me about a 26 ft pontoon and turn it into something like that with 80 gal livewell and built-in bait tank with all the running water to everything... 1100 gph recirculating live well pump and overflow. running water plummed into the cleaning station by the livewell. I wonder about the weight of your floor though... have you had it in the water and how low in the water does it sit without people in the boat. Looks like 1 inch flooring you put on but hard to tell. I'd have anchor winches on front and back ... automatic deploy remote opperated trolling motor. brand new 11 inch onix humminbird .. this will all take place right after I win the lotto. I also heard a nasty rumor that you had to enter the lotto in order to win it ... is that true?
