Ok, so I came out on the mix screw gradually letting it idle for 2 minutes or so. Came out a full turn altogether. Finally started seeing a little shine on my plug. Maybe a little better color too? I'm colorblind though. Also, am I missing a roller sleeve here? I feel like there used to be a little more here.

that missing roller is likely your miss, timing is not advancing far enough at wot.

Hop that roller only moves the throttle. Timing should be moving.

Could it be sneezing at high speed because it's starving a bit for fuel because carbs aren't open enough?

Will not sneeze because of carb opening not enough. Lean fuel mixture sneeze or erratic timing skip.

We went out this morning. It's doing it at idle and on plane now. I'm convinced it's an ignition issue. It will cut out just random times. Thinking about ordering some new coils and a sleeve for that roller cam. I don't know how else to diagnose it.

start it at night and look for sparks jumping from the coil wires to the block.. something is causing your plugs to foul. your either getting too much fuel or not enough spark.. a leaking idle jet can let too much fuel go by, or a pinhole in the fuel pump diaphram. I would tape all of the coil wires real good, and see if that stops it. if it does replace coils, if not look for fuel issues. I fought the same thing with my motor and it turned out to be 2 wires jumping spark to the block. you cant tell if a coil wire is bad by looking at it.. they get soft from the inside.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

to check the idle jet, remove the air box so you can see in the carb throats. pump the ball and look in the throats. you shouldnt see fuel dri[pping out of them. If the diaphram had a pinhole I would think all plugs would be fouling. you have one, possibly 2.. so concentrate on the fuel going to that cylinder that number 3 looks like your problem.
