There are zillions of plastic worms to choose from. If you could have only one worm for fishing in warm water and another kind for fishing in cold water, which worms would you select? Let's consider creature baits as worms for this discussion.

Warm water- the tried and true blue fleck power worm 7 inch variety Cold water- I know they arent known for being a cold water plastic but I have had more luck than any other worm on these in 50 below waters and that would be none other than the senko

Thanks for the replies. Seven inch power worm would be my pick for warm water. Not sure about cold water, but if water is not too stained, probably a four inch worm. Something like a baby rattlesnake, or ringworm with a curled tail at the very end.

Tough, either a 5" white senko or a 7" blue flek power worm.

Cold water - Zoom finesse worm 4 3/4"
Warm water - Kicker Fish High Tail Holeshot 7" tail floats up and more durable than Roboworm

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Senkos seem to works just about year round and I used to love brush hawgs until I tried Christie Critters which are better IMO and way cheaper then Zoom
