 Quick afternoon recon trip was profitable!

Hooked up and hustled out to the lake after school let out. Fished from 4-6:30pm and brought home 18 keepers. 1/8oz roadrunner jig head w/ pink/chart shadpole on bottom, with a JigUm 1/8oz electric chicken 12-14" above it was the ticket. Presentation was sort of a pendulum swing. As soon as it got vertical, the thumb was there. Didn't have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. 3-4 were over 1.5lbs and one pushing 2lbs. And the weather was awesome....for a change.

Looks like those crappie don't have a clue you aren't in a "real" crappie boat Eric!  That was a great recon trip for sure.

Thanks Bud! I hate the sideways pics too, but when I do the quick download from my phone I can't seem to get them turned.
