Thanks a Bunch. We can use all the help we can get. United we stand, divided we will surely fall. I am totally fed up with division politics. The Golden Rule could solve a lot of problems. Thanks for a great post.

Well I would just like to say I have experienced the same thing as TXBATMAn . I am as well African American and I grew up to love all races as well but just to add as much fishing I have done in the south and everywhere I have always had a good experienced and nice people to help me everywhere I go from bait shops in small country towns to gas stations in small country towns. Also I am a a little person who is a Dwarf and people seem to just love me everywhere I go but it doesn't matter about race, disability , or anything else we are all made in God image . Hope everyone stay safe and have a great crappie fishing season.

Bud thanks forstarting a long overdue and much needed conversation. I adults [ like me 1945]
only know as kids what they are taught by parents teachers and other adults. As they mature
and learn to form their own opinion as to facts verses fiction t during ths hey can and do change their values . some times this is much too slow. I am sorry for those who are hurt and that I may have hurt]during this this process. You have done much to speed up this process.
THANK YOU.

What a thread!!!!

All kids whatever race will play together UNTIL the parents tell them different.

I must commend your parents in the way you were raised!!

Batman, Bobcat, Bonz, and anyone else that is "color" blind is always welcome at my campfire! !

I love going to barges and spillways to fish because of the ethnic diversity. You meet really good people.

Bonz... you better call when the blues stack up along 287!!

God loves you just as much as anybody else!!

Jesus offered His life as a gift for you. Please accept it!
