Great afternoon on Waco Friday. 33 keeps all on BP anywhere from 13' to 22'. I am getting married June 27 and then having a big wedding party on July 11. We are going to fry crappie for about 75 people. How many fillets dobyall think I will need to take?

I would figure about 4 fillets/person.

If you have plenty of sides, fries/hush puppies/beans/coleslaw, it will take 1/2 pound of fish per person on average... Of course you need ta figer cigars and alcohol for the gents right? Congrats man, 32 years for me and its still good!
