My family and I are at PK almost weekly. We're here today on the water and what looks like sweet spots, just aren't happening. We're hitting new rocks and brush in shallow but just aren't getting bites with this new water level and stain. What are you guys and gals using in this new stain and water level? Are they deep? Worms and rocks are dead. Any info, even at other lakes with the same issue would help. Thanks!

Try the first line of salt cedars. Dark crawls and jigs. They will be in about 8 foot of water.

We just left a line of cedar, but our boat was sitting right in top of 8 feet and casting to rocks. That certainly could have been it. We may have been right over them and spooking them away. Explains the no bites. We'll try that this evening and I'll let you know how it goes. I appreciate the info. Those deep blue worms might be the route.

Borden caught over 20 lbs on his best 5 about 25 fish total. Anywhere you saw that skeeter was loaded with fish.

And it was 4 but 2 were short. Pretty typical for me.

He is easy to spot to, look for the guy with his own pic on the side of the boat.
