What is this used for primarily? Can it be used instead of D2T? A friend that owns a concrete company gave me a large mason jar full of what he uses. He said that his cost is a little over $350 per 5 gallon bucket. I'll be more than happy to post results after I dip a bait.

The only down side is on some colors the sealer acts like a stripper and will make the paint bubble up. I use the ac1315 almost exclusively, before that I was using eagle concrete sealer which was fine if you added a few drops of pledge floor shine into the paint it would keep the sealer from stripping the paint. Let us know how that works for you.

Thanks for the tip. I'll get some pledge as well.

Give it a try.....as Brad posted some sealers will cause wrinkles in acrylic paint. Finish the bait off with gloss clear....it helps. I have a few work-arounds for concrete sealer and wrinkled paint problems....if needed.

This stuff works great. I didn't have any paint wrinkling after I dipped. I did wipe some off kinda rough and that messed up the paint. This is what the rattle trap looks like after one application.

Your going to need 2-3 dips to get a good hard coating, let dry completely between coats.

I'll do that. I also ordered 4.5 oz of D2T that should arrive Tuesday. I should be good on sealant for awhile.
