Anyone fished there?
Need some tips.
Curt is a euro carper.
I have not gone after carp in years and then it was on Travis with some family secret dough ball recipe.
Used the dough balls on small treble hook with no sinkers. The carp were small, 5# was a good size catch.
Everyone I caught was released.
I would probably just use corn or a prepared dough ball if I was going by myself.

GPa, I will have plenty of yummy baits for the carp. I have a few extra set ups too. It would be kinda fun if we could get some other OTers to go with and have a carp or whatever kind of fishing get together.

May try to work out something next week. Got to keep an eye on the weather. I much prefer to go on weekdays. I have a place in mind that has plenty of shade trees available. You are more than welcome to come out. I will post up the day that I will give it a shot.

I only fish during the week so it sounds good to me. I am not a weekend warrior I can't stand a crowded lake or a crowded shoreline.

I'm free most any day. I go through Emory to get to Quitman. SS comes on
the first so early in the month is best, but I can go anytime.
