Anyone been to purtis creek lately? If so how's it fishing?

I was there last Sunday the 17th.Got on the water about 9:30 after the storms blew thru.The lake looks like chocolate milk and the lake was a little high. Did okay on black frogs early,no real size to any fish all day. Started throwing a square bill around 1pm ,caught 3 on it.Then headed to the house.
There were a few boats on the lake,most of those were throwing spinner baits with no luck.Was loading up and watched a guy catch a nice one from the bank with a Red Shad power worm,he drug that darn fish a over the shore like he was scared of it.
This is one of the nicest State Parks,and the people are fantastic.
