We use lemon, lime juice, old bay, oregano, pepper, wrap in foil, bake away

You can add butter or any herb you like

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

1.Marinate in buttermilk
2.Drain then put on foil
3.Coat one side with season salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley, then flip
4.Repeat Step 3 then add a little butter & lay fresh cut onions and lemons on top
5.Wrap up foil into a pouch, bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins

Be sure and cut every micro gram sliver of the red meat out first. Nastiest stuff I ever tried to eat in my life was a couple of large white bass filets that still had the red meat left on it which I baked in the oven. barf
