I've been trying to decide whether I wana get a small bass buster or a really nice float tube!!! I want the lil 2 man boat but the tube really has my attention! Decisions decisions  
Katchin krappie...doin surgeries(filleting)...and givin hott grease baths until krunchy and golden brown is what it's all about!!!

Decisions decisions Hey Action unless you have the xtra $$$$, I would lean towards the tube first because#1 it doesn't take much extra equipment to get you on the water and fishing,and #2 you don`t have to register it with TP&W.With the lil boat you will have to register it with TP&W if you are going to use a troll motor with it on TX. waters,and a Battery for the Trolling motor if you want to do some serious angling and maybe a trailer if you don`t have a vehicle that will accommodate it.With a tube ,you see water ,you pump it up,put on your PFD,fins and go Fish.

Sounds like I'll be getting the tube...seems like its way easier to manage and alot less hassle. What about U-Boats?? Are they just as good?? I saw a few of em with some nice prices but dont know if and how they compare to a tube, especially that 420. It looks to be a pretty bad boy!

Sounds like I'll be getting the tube...seems like its way easier to manage and alot less hassle. What about U-Boats?? Are they just as good?? I guess it actually comes down to personal pref.I like the extra storage space behind the seat with a Tube that the U doesn't have

After pondering for a while I went ahead an purchased the ODC 420!!! I think it's a great choice as well as a nice beginner tube...kan't wait to get out there an get that 3lb'r
