Is anybody catching fish on an A-rig? In deep water?

I quit throwing them once the fish move up to spawn. Not saying it's the right thing to do, I guess it's just a confidence thing. I need to learn some summer techniques with it

I did Good with mine 2 weeks ago out deep at a couple different lakes.

We were out at Fork on Sunday and we used one out in deep water. We caught quite a few Sandies on it. My youngest son caught 3 in one cast he was excited.

I quit throwing them after I broke off the first one I bought lol. I just throw a big weighted swimbait now. Better on my wallet.
