Nekid Tackle just released a trolling rig made of 30 or 45 lb Surflon. Great for trolling for Hybrid, Striper, White/Yellow Bass, and most other species. Pricing start at $3.00. Inexpensive and great for people that can't hoist a RonRig, A-Rig, Umbrella or Ronbrella. Kayakers, Canoer's, Bass Buster style boats can use them too!! Buy them in 2,3, or 4 oz, or a kit with all weights and a special clevis that lets you easily change weights on the fly.. They are 36" long.

How do you use one of these, trolling with a cork??????? Looks a lot like a popping cork rig we use on the gulf coast, but I' ve never seen anyone troll with one.

The fishing line hooks to the swivel before the weight. Shad, live bait on a hook or your jig head connect behind the float on the snap. The weight will hold the line down, and the float will help your bait stay above the weight. the float would also keep you from hanging up if you run shallow
