Well I hope they know what they're doing. I know they do not care how flooded texoma gets. But as fast as the lake is arising I think it would be worse if the water is not able to be controlled going 4 foot high over the spillway. It is getting very close as of today they only had two gates open while I was there right after I left they raised them more and opened the other three. I was really shocked at how clear the water was down by the damn still but the mud is on the way I'm sure. There was a way too much water to fish today as it is a very straight shot so there's no Eddie's or seams to get a fly down to them. There were some pretty nice catfish coming out though I saw a couple of blues that were at least 20+ come out. Maybe that's what I need a chartreuse and white clouser with 4 ounce dumbbell eyes lol.
Most of the small creeks and drainages that are probably normally only seasonal creeks were all almost up to the road a lot of the creek beds it look like a bulldozer had gone down beside them yesterday pushing trees and debris out of the way.
