Just realized this weekend was Memorial Day weekend, and I have a tournament Sunday.

Anyone else going out to fight the crowds?

Isn't this what you usually call "amateur weekend"? I bet the post holiday stories will be plentiful. I'm gonna wait until the next weekend and see what's happening at Ivie.

I'm surprised people put a memorial day tournament in their schedule. Not saying I wouldn't fish it lol

I'll be in a tourney on Hawkins either Saturday or Sunday my choice. Based on the weather, it'll probably be Saturday. One of our clubs moved our regular tourney to last weekend to avoid the crowds, wish they both would have.

Good luck with all the people on the water/power boats/sail boats/ski boats and jet ski's!! And that doesn't even take in to account inexperienced boaters and alcohol!! Oh Lord....
Arghhhhhhh...cringe thinking about it.... Ya'll be careful out there...

I'll be out there all weekend at my place on Sandlin. Hopefully it will not be too crowded with wake boats and jet fleas. Where's this alligator your talking about? cheers

I'm guessing it won't be too busy with the weather forecast.
