How deep are ya'll targeting the carp right now? i haven't been to the lake in 3 weeks or so. are you seeing them shallow? Plan to go this weekend at proctor where the lake has risen significantly lately. we plan to do some fishing with the wives and plan on going carp fishing for fun for everyone.

Try the newly flooded shallow water. They and the catfish may be in feeding in the shallows. Watch for carp splashing and jumping to determine if they may be in the area feeding.
