We recently have argued about the drought and bait. What does everyone want to discuss now???

Ok so I went on a little rant there....

So Tom let's talk summer patterns, you been drifting any? If you had to catch a 50lber tomorrow, what depth, presentation, and bait would you use? That's a question for everybody, where would you go tomorrow for a pig?

Coke right? Y'all get any rain worth talking about? Fisher is greener than I've ever seen.

Yep Coke county. We have been getting rain off and on but not nearly what the DFW area has been getting. Had a tornado on the ground about 3 miles from the lease last week so that was a bit too close for comfort.

Can't wait to get out to Hubbard creek again! Saw a pic on Facebook showing that there was quite a bit of water under the bridge going over the actual creek. It doesn't look like it's made it to the main lake, and it wasn't running either.

It doesn't look like that anymore Hubbard and big Sandy crested a little over 15ft and are back down to less than 3ft now. Pic looks like it did when I crossed it yesterday after lunch. It was 8ft and falling then. The lake caught almost 2.5, that's over 4ft for the month. Long ways to go yet, but -27 looks a lot better than -31.

Its my understanding it was about 3-4 miles due east of Blackwell. That would put it around the Oak Creek Lake area.
