How Much Rain did you or your area get? There is also RAIN in the forecast for the next 10 days! So far I have gotten 4 inches over the last three days including close to three inches this morning.
Side Note: Good time to get your tackle ready for the summer season!

6 inches even over the last two weeks!  All of the area creeks,ponds,rivers and lakes are looking very good.  Only exception is Lake Medina which is going to need a hurricane.  Side Note: I have had my tackle ready since winter.  Looks like I need to breakout the rain gear.

Enough to make me have to go to work for someone else. Had to fill out my first application since 1986  It is pretty bad when you measure in feet instead of inches

Enough to make me have to go to work for someone else. Had to fill out my first application since 1986 It is pretty bad when you measure in feet instead of inches Man hate to hear that "Turf Dawg". Hopefully things will start to dry out some and your business will pick back up! Hang in there.

Lake Somerville is 8 feet above normal. The highest it has been since 2005. We had 3.6 inches of rain last week and it's still raining today. I suspect all the creeks will look and fish differently after all this subsides.

Add on another inch from this morning. A total of 7.5 inches of rain over the past three weeks. Side Note: Had a half inch yesterday!

I gave up counting, the river hit flood level 3 times in the last month and going to hit it again this week. If my mechanic is done with my truck I might bank fish Wed or Thurs.
My personal best is still swimming out there just getting bigger. One of these days I will quit feeding it.

Hate to mention this but this upcoming Sunday through Tuesday (Memorial Day Weekend) we have yet another MAJOR RAIN EVENT that will bring another 2 to 5 inches of rain coming to the San Antonio area.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND FORECAST!  Looks like we have a chance to pickup another 3 to 5 inches of RAIN here in the San Antonio area over the next several days and into the Memorial Day weekend. You all stay safe out there!

Fixing to get HAMMERED again this weekend. Forecast says 3 to 5 inches of RAIN this Saturday and Sunday!  Stay SAFE! Side Note: Canyon Lake is almost FULL! This up coming RAIN should fill it!

ITS A MESS OUT THERE! Got 5" in the gauge from last night. Lots of roads closed. Just about all of my fishing spots are not fishable and will take a few days to get back to normal. South Texas,San Antonio area,and the Hill Country really got HAMMERED! Stay safe out there. Side Note: Still RAIN in the forecast.

Medina finally caught some rain it looks like. Read comments about how low it was. It's up 25 feet but it was almost bone dry prior. It still has a long way to go to get back to normal but any amount is better than none at all.
