Lowrance staff will be back out to Bass Pro - Grapevine this Saturday from 10A-2P.
Bring your units in for firmware updates, ask questions, get some training on your unit.

rob I called bass pro and they didn't know anything about this?

I want to share with everyone my experience today at Bass Pro and visiting with Rob. I took my less than 4 week old HDS 12 gen 3 in to see about a couple of things. My unit had on a few occasions locked up so I wanted to check to make sure I had the up-to-date SW. All I can say is WOW!!! Rob worked with my unit checking several things and giving me an education. Bill Plummer of Bass Pro was listening in to our discussion and became concerned that something else might be going on. To make a long story short, Bill was concerned that my unit wasn't operating correctly and promptly offered to replace it on the spot!!!! Bill Plummer and Rob Jasper took amazing care of me and replaced my unit as well as moving my personal information including waypoints to the new unit. I was there about 45 minutes and walked out with a new unit and when I walked in I wasn't even thinking about a new unit. That is why I always try and shop and Bass Pro and really appreciate the team Lowrance has in place to support the fisherman. Great job guys!!!

Thanks appreciate the shout-out. It was a pleasure to help and Bass Pro took care of you for sure. The guys at Grapevine Bass Pro are good with their products.
I am on Lowrance Pro-Staff and support this particular store. Any one have a question (not sure I can help with the Eagle, but can always try) feel free to call me. If I can answer the phone I will.

Rob Jasper... Thanks for answering on Eagle Produt. Thay have been dependable for a long time. Idea for consideration ... perpaps Lowrance could develop a trade in program so customers ,such as me, could update our electronics .
