I see Bob pulled another limit out of RC today. Might be a good choice. It was great last weekend but that was before the big rise.

What do you fish for at Lavon Dam? Is there good access to that area? My girlfriend's father came visiting and I wanted to take him fishing but he can't hike far to fishing spots so something easily accessible would be nice. Thank you.

Ranger7 they have stairs going to a fenced area you can fish from and then a stair stepped cement bank you can kind of sort of walk down. It use to be you could catch crappie along the wall and eddies with minnows and sand bass in the gate eddies but that was long ago when water flows were regular.
