I can't wait for this event! We've got a great caterer lined up! We'll have a BBQ Bonanza with all kinds of goodies and our caterer has agreed to donate part of the proceeds to Heros on the Water! Wow! We're not sure what the dinner will cost per person yet but camping is FREE!
This should be a great weekend to get out, have some fun and..... DO SOME GOOD TOO!

Last edited by yakintime; 03/23/15 07:54 PM. Reason: add free camping!

Updated flyer. Changed the times a little to coincide with the other events of the day.

Hope to see you all there! Come have some fun and help us raise monies for Heroes on the Water DFW Chapter!

Okay folks, due to all of the water being so high at Lake Lewisville and more rain on the way there is a big chance that we might be rescheduling the events planned for this weekend at the DCYC.
Please watch here and our Facebook group for updates!

Yes, Steve the Turtle Man you caught your record turtle in Lewisville! OMG

Okay, we're going ahead with the tournament anyway but relocating it to Bachman Lake.
Who's in??? We have some nice prizes coming this week for the winners.
CRAPPIE - Bonehead rod and tackle
BASS - Manley rod and some GrandeBass tackle
CATFISH - either a Pro Angler rod and tackle or a TFO rod and some tackle (still waiting on answers)

Yak-Gear and several others have committed to prizes and of course Mariner Sails will jump in with some cool stuff!
