Water level is 12.76 feet above normal as of this morning. Several ramps are closed. Level is expected to continue rising and more rain prediced everyday through at least next Wednesday. Water is very treacherous with lots of large trees and other debris everywhere. Several bridges over the Washita River are closed on the north side of the lake.
No idea where to even start looking for crappie. Reports I hear are they are scattered all over and not interested in any presentation.
Lake Murray is expected to go over the spillway. All smaller lakes are full to overflowing.

Yikes!
thanks for the report.

It's so weird to go from ramps closed due to drought and now ramps closed due to floods.
Texoma is one of the largest reservoirs in the country. Marinas have cut electricity to the slips, guides are having to ferry clients out to the boats since the walkways are underwater and even the parking lots are half flooded. If you can get a boat in the next few weeks, they may be fishing topwater over the tops of trees on the islands! Amazing...
I think I'll stay home! lol

Texoma is a mess. I bet it would be fishable for the rest of the month.

Murray may be an option. Nice clear lake that could clear up. Nice that is has lots of water now.
