I use a Blue Sea ACR to charge a 2 battery system.

I'm not sure I understand the concept of the Stealth AC module. It doesn't appear to eliminate the need to plug in a charger for overnight charging and I don't know how it could.

The Blue Sea unit combines two batteries when either sees a charging source, be it AC charger or engine alternator. The advantage to it is that anytime the motor is running, both batteries are receiving a charge and when you kill the motor, the batteries are disconnected.. I assume the Stealth does the same thing. What does the Stealth cost? I didn't see any pricing on their website.

I have no idea what they cost. I was hoping someone could help me with that.

How much was the Blue Sea? Do you like it?

I did a little quick searching on the web and found one place selling them for over $400. The Blue Sea ACR is around $100. This is the second boat I've had it on and it does what I need it to do. It has gotten me through a second day of using the trolling motor when I forgot to plug the charger in overnight. I'm a big fan of all of the Blue Sea products.

I have had a Stealth on my last two boats. It is a two part system. The AC charger is a regular charger that mounts behind the thinner DC charger. I have the main battery wired so the Stealth charges all four batteries from the main on AC. When running the big motor charges the main and it off charges the 3 trollers. Pretty amazing system and you can see the charge going up for all batteries as you are running down the lake.
