I just picked up the unit mentioned above and wondering if anyone can give some advice on a GPS map chip? I'm thinking the Lowrance lake insight is the one i'd like after using the navionics phone app... Also, wondering what the difference is between the Insight HD and regular version of the chip are, and if those HD features will display on my unit?
I am in the Dallas FT. Worth area, and mainly fish the lakes around here. In particular Ray Hubbard.

I just bought the same unit and will fire it up on Falcon this weekend. Waiting to see the feedback to your questions. This is all new to me. All I've ever had was a little b&w depth finder, can't wait to play with this new one.
