Where's the best option for a custom fit cover, checked with a couple of dealers and looking at $750 to $850. Thanks in advance for any info!

Check the options on iBoats. I'm using one of their covers, and it seems pretty good.

Nolans Customs Boat Covers, He has a truck and will do it where your boat is, but you are in Del Rio, don't think he will travel that far.

Might check with dealers and find the covers they use from factory to dealers that you could use at home. I never pull with a cover because you will get movement and it's hard on boat finish.

Check with Aurora canvas in Battlefield MO. Bought mine from them for my 20i class.
The web site is auroracanvas .com the cost was nearly half of what the dealership wanted to charge me.

My Aurora fit like a glove and very durable. Way better than the covers Skeeter provides
