This is a picture of the Texoma TRANSFORMER...Completely Dressed and Rigged Out. I will have better pictures this weekend. The weakest piece is the 45lb Surflon wire. Second weakest is the 90 lb Coastlock Snap As you can see, the Texoma Transformer is made up of the strongest and best components for catching HUGE Stripers, without component failures. Open it up all the way, and you can troll like an Umbrella Rig, open half way, and remove the leaders, use 1/8th oz jig heads, and now it is a Castable RonRig. The Texoma TRANSFORMER is made up of: 4 - 10" .051 wire for each Leg 1 - 16" .062 wire for the Center 2 - #3.5 Shiny Willow Blades on Each Leg Other parts of the kit are: 4 - 8" 45lb Surflon Wire with loops on one end, and 90lb Coastlock Snap to connect to your Jig 4 - 8" 45lb Surflon Wire with Coastlock Snaps on each end to connect to the Special Swivel in the midde 1 - 14" 45lb Surflon Wire with loops on one end, and 90lb Coastlock Snap to connect to your Jig, that attaches to the Center wire. 10 - 1/0 or 2/0 1/8 oz Semi Nekid White jig heads for casting. 9 - 4/0 1/2 oz Semi Nekid White jig jeads for Trolling Add the clip on Weights, and the RonRig Retriever, you have a complete Kit.

Thanks for answering my questions today about your rigs. Can't wait to try them out! This rig definitely looks like something that is going to bring in those stripers. I'm still thinking I should have thrown one of those in with the order.

I know that thing will catch fish. We've already proved that. The willow leaf blades you added are sure to attract more fish. I can attest to the quiality of the components of this rig. I was able to retrieve the 2 that I have left with the 4 oz. retriever. One of the hooks straightened enough to come unhooked from a tree it was hung up in. All the swivels and leaders held up fine to the amount of force I had to put on it to get that puppy back in the boat. This is the 22" model, right? Looking forward to testing the 34" model. I will definately want to have an assistant on the boat and the 8 oz retriever when I test it! Maybe we can make a trip together this weekend if the ramps are open and most of the floating mine field is cleared. I'm already going thru DT's with all the rain and high water. We need to see how it holds up to 3 or more double digit stripers at once. I'm sure we will find a breaking point somewhere. Maybe?
