I need a new trailer jack, the one I have is a pro series 1000 lb. It has become wobbly and I worry about it collapsing. What is the best out there now? I am on concrete and do move the boat around with it, so the caster needs to be decent on it.

Stay away from the Marine Raider junk that Academy sells. I've torn up both tongue jacks and winches from them.

The double wheeled are easier to steer? I have seen them but did not know if they are better.

The pro series I have lasted about 6 months and it is garbage. I don't mind paying for a real good one if it will last.

Yes, some stuff Academy sells is low end. I aint a big fan of their swivel seats.

On a total different rant- I do get tired of products marked made in china

Just ordered a Fulton XLT 141132 weld on,
The new XLT series features an 8" caster wheel and the patent pending TruTurn 360 system that delivers best in class castering performance. It also comes with Sharkskin Premium Finish for maximum corrosion resistance.
