The best in my opinion is Lake Fork Creek Restaurant between Quitman and Mineola - actually closer to Quitman. Is a real hole-in-the wall place out in the country, but excellent food and reasonable.

Bros has some good food. Located next to Fisherman's one Stop on 515. Only open on the weekends I believe.
