I was thinking about fishing after work today, looks like I better make a call first. The road leading to the Fishing barge is under water, Lake Park is closed, Tower Bay at nine this morning did not have any signs up yet. Both the Tower Bay boat ramp and Lake Park boat ramp are under water. With this rain coming this week lakes may be closed for a few weeks, sure wish I never sold my yak.

When the lake got real high a few years ago we ran the handicap sign pattern and finished out out limit. Seems they cant stand a buzzbait hammering a blue sign

Nice! You got Hole 4 at the disc golf course. That little inlet right there hasn't had water in it for a long time.

Launched at stewart creek this morning. Fishing is tough. Tried w of the 121 cut and trolled the shoreline south almost to the dam. Then took a left with the minn kota, through the woods and came out on the east side of the 121 cut. That was cool.

But i couldn't get away from the darned carp all in the woods. Tried Carolina rig over some deep fish I marked, but my marker buy wouldn't stay put and the wind blew me off the lake

I checked it out today. Looks like it can take about 4 more feet.

I know the weekend storms caused a lot of havoc for some folks, but I have to say those pics are beautiful!!!! It's good to see these lakes fill up again.

Launched out of tower bay this afternoon and fished for a couple hours, mostly just graphing and examining the flooded areas. Caught 2 little keepers.

Is there much room left for any more water at Tower Bay before they close it? Wondering if it will be an option by this weekend.

I'm with this dude- I love seeing our lakes overflowing for a change. It'll drop back down in a month and the summer will be an outstanding summer of fishing.
