It is not OK it is just so rampant below the Dam it is mind numbing. Just watch how many over 30" blue cats get kept by some people on the Oklahoma side!! I do not understand this. They are not that good to eat. Oklahoma has a 1 over 30" limit on blues! That is also the limit for all of Texoma. you can keep a legal limit but only one may be over 30"
