Just get your hooks back at the end of the day.

What size hooks were you using? Maybe try the next bigger size?

I always keep 50-100 in my tackle box ! Everybody asks " why do you keep so many hooks?" I just tell them, you'll see why.

When I have used #4s I have noticed they do not swallow the hook as often...but you sacrifice bites. Maybe Stubby hims of can chime in on this subject. Re-rigging that often can be a pain.

I've used other punch baits and it tends to fall off the hook in warm too hot weather. Does Stubby cheese bait stay on the hook better? Even if casted?
