These boys can flat out fish! Had to go swimming for one.






Here's how the lake has been fishing for me this last week.

Right now the water temps are 69-73 where I have been fishing anywhere from 1'to 25' deep. It's possible to catch fish doing a lot of different stuff.

I am fishing a lot of Spro poppin frogs ( Whit or Black) in all the new flooded cover. We're also catching them on flukes up in the new stuff. (Mardi Gras) After that there are a few fish still up on beds we're catching

I am also starting to find a few spots where the fish are moving out deep and we're catching those on a Carolina Rig with a fluke (Mardi Gras) and a Storm Swimbait
(bar fish)

If y'all are coming out anytime soon give these tips a try. Hope it helps. I am still booking trips for June/July/August.
