Drove across Hubbard this morning headed to Rockwall for lunch with my wife and my mother in-law and what did I see, a guy in a bass boat fishing the rocks along 30. Now this is in the rain, and 15 minutes later its pouring and hailing not to mention lighting.... ... Now on a side note he was taking a sandbass of his line so the fish were biting but I still have to shake my head at what would make a person put themselves at that kind of risk...Hope he made it of the water ok.
