If it has a Johnson rigged on it you can give it a 99% chance it's a Travis boat.

3/16 aluminum scooter. 90 yamaha jet. Runs through an inch of water for sneaking around the back lakes in pursuit of the Wiley redfish. Totally unsocial rig but the older I get the less I like people.

I looked all over the net for the reason why they are suppose to be bad boat people say the cut corners but retired guy up the street with a larger boat like my pro craft said his cusion use to work there as a sale men sold him his boat it so not the corner button on the boat but in cut custerservice after you bought the bout he said if you had an issue for get they would give you more excuse then anything i guys the sevice guys were allowed to aptly fix anything the favorite line he said the parts are on back order well call you when they get in, The boat them selfes were not entry level boat for the guy who wanted a boat and did not have a lot of money and the Johnson spl motor if you look them up they were a great motor just a not frills motor I have my second one now my first wone was the one my dad bought band now in 1995 i sold it in 2004 the only thing i replace were the plug and a starter this noter other the prop is the same i like the boat and love the spl great motors
If you look on line you will see about 50 diffent reason from traves dictated the pice of the boat to they the compy was shut down for using under quietly parts to the owner just locked to door to an other company bought them out I think it is a lot of misinformation and no one know for sure know ever they guy who live up there road who says is cuisine was a sales me there but creepy service after buying an ently lever boat meaning the were not the best quitlity to begin with that is my guess with that said I like the boat i have regardless what the rummers are its a bit heave but rides well and can take bought water

I stand 100% behind the truth on Cajun. Travis crippled them just like they did with sprint and cobra. Do the research yourself.

I tried i cant fiend anything I know that pretty much said screw you to the customers from what i can fined and beed told i think spend about 4hr looking yesterday and today it all from guys who say there herd it from so on i found some form customers were they had issues and were pretty much left to dry My boat is a travis aditaion now its not fance and i had it check out before bout it so i know what i was getting in to. I am still not clear on what it meant i do know that they did put the spl because they were one of the cheaper voters at the time the mercy come out with the force to compete with it but i have like all my Johnson spl they all have run really well with no issues the then someone putting the wrong prop on thanks for the tips if you can send me a link i would love to read it on the travis boats i can see on the cajuns the difference between the two but you dont jam gong to keep looking if you fined anything can you pm me i like to know all i can bout the boat i have all i can go by is the older guys up the streat he stopped by when i first bought it. I did take to a guy to told me he heard all the travis boots were know for catching on fire and i could not fined anything on that. it was probably the owners fault as it is most times not putting the line on securely I do thank you for the help and i will keep reading if i fined anything i will bounce it of you as i was in hight school when these boats were made. lol
