Lol I was just going to say 1 fish on LA is a good day for me!

In the last year I've probably been out to Arlington 50 times. My breakdown of fish catches is the following.

20 times of zero.
25 times of one fish.
5 times of 2 or more. With most fish being 4.

I've been half that many times with similar results! That damn lake is hard to figure out. I know there are some good ones in there though.

Yes, my best weight day was 3 fish for 19 lbs. I've caught many in the 5 to 7 lb range, but usually one a trip.

That sounds fun. What lakes in Mexico does that happen?

Lake Oviachic and I am fixing to find out about Lake Guerrero. On June 11 we are driving there.

Getting the boat back on the trailer in one piece with all my limbs still intact is a good day to me.

It's a good day if I get to fish. I get skunked many times, get a few bites and catch nothing many times, catch a few sometimes and have really hauled them in ONCE. Any time spent on the water is good, if my wife or son is with me it's even better.

Agree with this! At my age, a safe trip is a blessing and a few fish are a bonus. I know there will be good days and bad days and everything in between, so I don't worry about numbers or size.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Great lake, just have to capitalize on every big bite in a tournament. I lost one last year on a carolina rig she was easily 10 maybe 11.

Send it!

Depends. Yesterday, I caught three in an hour in a half before the rain got too heavy, but I wasn't planning on staying out much longer than that, anyway. All were decent fish, but nothing picture worthy. Few weeks ago, I went to a community pond that is filled with dinks, but it isn't always easy to catch them. I caught 10 in four hours or so but I was trying to work on a new technique. None of the fish were even over a half pound. That day was a better day than yesterday' even though yesterday I caught bigger fish and more per minute fished.

It all just depends.
