Contrary to popular belief you can catch plenty of fish year round at Fork in shallow water. Even before the rain raised the lake back up.

That being said have fun and catch a bunch.

Alright guys go get out the frog rod and head to the bank. We caught fish everywhere from birch to glade an. We fought the rough water and rain this weekend but it was an amazing trip. I don't have any pictures because I stupidly left my phone in the truck the first day and it was dead the second day but I can tell yall it was the most fun fishing I've ever had. We caught them on almost every cast in the cove to the left of the power plant Saturday morning and Friday morning we caught them in dale. All big healthy slots and I had one that I know was an over jump off right as my buddy missed him with the net. Those fork fish fight harder than any fish I've ever caught!
I was throwing a black kvd sexy frog and my buddy's were catching them on horny toads and spro frogs. Hope this helps somebody have as good of a time as we did
