I may be in the market for a new boat. Anyone have any opinions on express bass boats?

Where will you be fishing most ? Big water ? Small lakes ? There great for small lakes but if you crossing Hubbard or hauling to the other side of Fork every week then a 20' fiberglass may be best. A full size bass boat fishes small just fine. I was stuck in a storm in a 14' tracker once. Not twice.

I have a 19 foot stratos now. However it's 21 years old and recently found out it need some engine work and I'm not sure I wanna pay to fix as the boat isn't worth a lot anyway. I was curious about the 21 foot express with a 200-250 on it. It would be half the cost of a same size fiberglass boat.

I fished out of a 21 foot xpress severel times and the are really nice. Big decks but they are no glass boat. Like others have said not sure where you are looking but their prices are not cheap. Yea maybe not as much as a glass 21 footer but still going to be pricey.

Thanks everyone for the advise. All that being said, can we please have a moment of silence for my 93' stratos.
