It's probably me - but I can't seem to get any largemouth action going on Grapevine. I am not asking for anyone to give me gps coordinates or anything.
But some May-June patterns and general locations would be much appreciated - heck even a decent guide to jump start me. I've been out 5 times all over the lake with not a single hit-tap-boil on anything.

Man I've been out there the last 3 weekends saturday and sunday with only a few sandbass to show for. Haven't caught a single LMB out there. The gar were plentiful in the flooded vegetation, now the carp are ravaging away at it.

I have yet to get out there this year but typically I find them under the docks over on the Grapevine side and in the point out by the island.

There are no ditch pickles or green trash fish in GV.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

These points in Twin Coves have produced the very few LMB's from GVine for me this year. I got tired of catching whites just outside of the Katy's Woods launch area last week.

Good Luck! Watching the Kayak'ers park their trucks on the ramp while there's a line to launch is fun to watch too...
