I use this one. You can setup an account to get email notifications when the lake reaches a certain level. I have a notification set for when my boat ramp will no longer be usable, and also one for my dock so I can pull my boat out when it gets low. I don't want to get stranded in the lift. It also updates every hour about 10 minutes after the hour. http://www.lakesonline.com/
