Well since I can't sleep , I figured I would let every one who was thinking about Taking a trip out to Granger lake. The were really biting all day. I took my boys and newphews Sunday. We did not keep any, our freezers were already full. We went through 2 32 oz jars of Chemdawgs dough bait. When we ran out of bait we quit fishing for the most part. I had 2 jars of someone else's bait in the boat that some one gave me. We only caught a few on it so the kids wanted to go. The fish were every were for
1-10 ft of water. There were in the grass weeds and stumps. If u wanted to make a run out there this is a great time to go. Just about every cast we caught fish when we were using Chemdawgs bait.

Have always wanted to try Granger, but have not made it yet, and don't really know the lake. Any areas in particular that might be good? I want to take my son out and have some luck. We've been fishing Stillhouse, but getting discouraged.
