North D&D across from South D&D is good and new low water across from Villa marina, go past # 1 camp ground and follow around to ramp.

A,d,c and f all are good ramps. You can also launch at the state park. They have a sign at the office that says ramp closed but it isn't blocked and I have launch there several times in the past two weeks.
