My bank fishing trips are producing fewer and fewer crappies, that is particularly true of the females that not long ago graced the shorelines in large numbers.
I think it is fair to say that in my 51 years of life there have been a few females who's leaving has brought a tear to my eye. But saying goodbye to these crappie gals is ripping my heart out. frown

I know, that sure is a long dry spell though. But when it comes to females I would be a liar if I did not admit to some dry spells in past. wink
There was one recently that still visits me in my dreams. She was perfect, appeared to have all the right measurements. I knew where she lived and I used all of my best stuff to get her attention. We connected one morning, she was almost all mine then swoosh she was gone.

That's ok, as the old saying goes there are plenty of fish in the sea, or Lake Benbrook in my case grin
