Found an unbelievable deal on a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke at Blackbeards in Oklahoma. I had a 90 2 stroke and have wanted to upgrade for years and am finally able to pull the trigger. Picked up my boat today and headed home. Been looking forward to today all week! Called the Wife to get some Dicky's BBQ to take w us out on the lake for the debut run this evening! As I was pulling down the alley I heard a loud bang. Got to the house and got out to look. Wheel well sitting on the tire. NOT GOOD! Leaf springs on the right side broke. Good news is Northern tool has some for $28. Plan to replace both tomorrow. Debut scheduled for Sunday now! Hope to head to Hubbard and get some fishin in too.

Scotty glad you had made it off the highway or a main road ....could've been very ugly there! Congratulations on the new Yamaha! You'll barely hear the thing running compared to the ole' two stroke. Your gonna love it. PS I know a thing about highs and lows coming home from a Marine Dealer frown will tell ya about it in the morning at da big breakfast smile

Of course my trailer does not have standard leaf springs. It has slip springs. Could not find them anywhere around. one place suggested Mcgill propeller in Lewisville. He had 2 but had just closed. Guy said "well I am going to change my oil in my car so go ahead and head over". BIG THANKS to them. Got it all back together.
Going to take the family out tomorrow to Lewisville as the winds are going to be out of the south.

Good Luck tomorrow, glad it worked out. Sounds like Mcgill Propeller is a nice place. I got a great deal last year on my new Yamaha F20 from Blackbeard as well. Very nice group up there.
