Well had really good trips this year till today. Had Trash guy and his Dad Lee today. Boy they hung tough. Started trip at 9 and at 1 o'clock had 1 fish in the box. Lake very murky and lotz of floaters so be careful if out this week end. I tried all the stuff I know and nothing worked . Found a few fish after 1 in 19 ft. of water. Ended up with 44. Yesterday fish were on points but not today. You need a trip like today just to show you don't know squat and keeps you humble. I did see a few signs that shad maybe spawning on the banks. Maybe be chunck and wind time. All fish caught on chartuse and white ole ugly slabs. Johnny

Way to grind it out man. It has been like that since the last system came through.

A buddy and I went a little before dark. We caught 2 small sand bass and 1 keeper. Lots of floaters and stained water. I noticed a couple of places where the water wasn't so bad though. I just knew we would get in to a few before dark. Maybe next time!
