The sad state of journalism today...no one knows or checks facts anymore.

Worst part is the majority of the masses, don't know any better and take what they are told at face value..... But alas I digress. I am not planning on a trip to Lavon spillway for bass anytime soon anyway.

There's always one clueless idiot who has to bring politics into something completely unrelated. What if the reporter was a 22 year old college girl who doesn't know jack about bass fishing. Or my 80 year old grandmother who doesn't know anything about bass fishing. I guarantee if you call her a liberal desk jockey to her face she's be swinging before you could finish the sentence. Think for yourself, quit making everything about us vs them. It makes you sound dumb. and it doesn't help anyone.

A- If she is a 22 year old female working for the DMN the she is a liberal.
B- It doesn't matter what age the reporter he or she is trained to research ANY thing reported for accuracy. It would have taken about 3 minutes to make sure she had the right species. Wrong fish today, wrong identity of a criminal tomorrow.

Shouldn't this be in the rough fish section?
